JOB OVERVIEW:
 As a Host at Toptable Group, you will be instrumental in embodying our values and culture to our patrons. Your sincere enthusiasm for hospitality will guarantee that each guest enjoys a warm and unforgettable visit.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional service
  • Efficiently manage reservations to enhance service flow
  • Oversee guest seating and flow to optimize space utilization
  • Escort guests to their tables and engage them in friendly conversation
  • Acknowledge returning guests and maintain familiarity with the menu
  • Communicate clearly with both guests and team members
  • Support service staff as needed and anticipate guest requirements
