Key Responsibilities:

  • Support front-of-house associates in fulfilling customer requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Lead daily operations of the stockroom, ensuring accurate labeling, logical placement, and cleanliness of merchandise.
  • Contribute to the profitability of the retail operation by accurately receiving, handling, and managing inventory in a timely and organized manner.
  • Manage end-to-end daily e-commerce sales, including processing, picking, packing, and shipping orders to customers.
  • Communicate effectively with customer service and stores via internal communication channels.
  • Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies to minimize store shrinkage.
  • Utilize our inventory management system to track and manage inventory levels.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of retail or stockroom experience required.
  • Experience with inventory management systems and e-commerce platforms beneficial.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and task-oriented.
