We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Deni House in Williams Lake, BC.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform assessments and develop care plans for patients in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and provide personal care to patients in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Work in accordance with the competency guidelines and full scope of practice within the Standards of Practice as outlined by the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
Deni House provides long-term care in a home-like environment overlooking the City of Williams Lake in the heart of the Cariboo.
We are located adjacent to Cariboo Memorial Hospital and offer a range of benefits and services to support our employees, including employee & family assistance program, employer-paid training/education opportunities, and generous vacation entitlement.
Requirements:- Graduation from a recognized program for Practical Nurses or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Current full practicing licensure with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
- Current CPR certification required.
