About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team at Dawood Holdings LTD. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Dust furniture and other surfaces to prevent dust buildup
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture to maintain a clean and tidy appearance
  • Make beds and change sheets to ensure a clean and comfortable living space
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries to our residents and guests
  • Stock linen closet to ensure a sufficient supply of linens
  • Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Handle and report lost and found items to ensure that our residents and guests can locate their belongings
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items to provide excellent customer service
  • Provide basic information on facilities to our residents and guests
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Launder clothing and household linens to ensure a clean and hygienic supply of linens
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and tidy appearance
  • Wash windows, walls and ceilings to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Clean changing rooms and showers to ensure a clean and safe environment
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns to provide excellent customer service
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently to manage your workload and prioritize tasks
  • Fast-paced environment to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver results
  • Tight deadlines to meet the needs of our residents and guests
  • Repetitive tasks to maintain a clean and tidy environment

  • Physically demanding to perform cleaning and housekeeping duties

  • Bending, crouching, kneeling to perform cleaning and housekeeping duties
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking to perform cleaning and housekeeping duties
  • Overtime required to meet the needs of our residents and guests
  • Standing for extended periods to perform cleaning and housekeeping duties
  • Walking to move around the property
