Position Overview

The role of the Cleaning Supervisor at Canadian Clean and Maintenance involves overseeing the cleaning operations within various environments, ensuring that all cleanliness and safety standards are met.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
Work Environment
  • Exposure to confined spaces.
  • Working in wet or damp conditions.
  • Handling environments with odours and dust.
Work Setting

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff.
  • Conduct inspections of sites to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning operations.
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services, including maintenance and repairs.
  • Assist cleaning personnel in their duties as needed.
