Key Skills and Attributes:

  • Configure, oversee, instruct, troubleshoot, identify, and resolve issues with web conferencing platforms including but not limited to: (a) Skype for Business (b) WebEx (c) Team Meeting (d) Adobe Connect
  • Over 4 years of proven experience in setting up and deactivating accounts
  • Proven capability to train more than 100 users in all facets of usage
  • Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing issues with Zoom (audio/video; links, etc.)
  • Proven ability to resolve issues related to Zoom
  • More than 4 years of experience in training over 100 users in all aspects of Skype for Business
  • Troubleshooting all technical challenges faced by users, including but not limited to audio/video issues
  • Over 4 years of experience in setting up and monitoring WebEx training sessions (troubleshooting technical issues and resolving them)
  • More than 4 years of experience in all aspects of Adobe Connect (including setup, meeting management, user training, troubleshooting, and issue resolution)
  • Over 4 years of experience in setting up Team Meetings; training over 100 users; troubleshooting technical issues; and resolving them
Qualifications:
  • Must possess an undergraduate degree
  • Certified trainer in web conferencing tools, including Adobe Connect, Skype for Business, and WebEx
  • Ability to articulate the differences between basic and licensed accounts, along with the pros and cons of each platform
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust security clearance
