The role of the Construction Project Coordinator at Nedlaw Roofing Limited involves overseeing various aspects of construction projects to ensure successful completion. This position requires a blend of educational background and practical experience.
Educational Requirements- Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting between 1 to 2 years.
- Assess and enhance daily operational activities.
- Organize and plan the daily workflow of construction projects.
- Establish and enforce policies and procedures aimed at maintaining quality standards.
- Manage and allocate project budgets effectively.
- Develop and execute quality assurance programs.
- Supervise the analysis of relevant data and information.
- Compile and present comprehensive reports.
- A minimum of 2 years and less than 3 years of relevant experience in construction project coordination.
