About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our client, a leading innovative construction company, Groupe RP. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all sales, marketing, and business development activities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Strategic Plans: Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Lead Sales Teams: Hire, train, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and identify new business prospects, maintain existing relationships with clients and partners, and develop strategies to increase sales revenue.
  • Market Analysis and Positioning: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to position the company for success in the sales market.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Participate in Strategic Committees: Collaborate with senior management and other stakeholders to develop and implement business strategies.
  • Manage Sales Budget: Develop and manage the sales budget to ensure alignment with business objectives.
