Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Business Operations to join our team in Saint-Romuald, Quebec. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing commercial development, and overseeing operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and expansion
- Manage commercial development, including sales, marketing, and business development initiatives
- Oversee operational excellence, including process improvement, quality control, and risk management
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a industrial and unionized environment
- Strong knowledge of the heavy industry and industrial cleaning sectors
- Proven skills in financial management, business development, and team leadership
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
