Position OverviewKey Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive plans for loyalty campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention
  • Utilize various marketing channels to achieve campaign goals and maximize ROI
  • Lead campaign planning meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in
  • Manage campaign budget and reporting to ensure transparency and accountability
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and regulations to maintain a strong reputation
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop marketing plans that drive business growth
  • Cross-promote loyalty partner offers to enhance customer experience and loyalty
Requirements
  • College degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience with a focus on loyalty and customer engagement
  • Strong project and budget management skills to drive campaign success
  • Excellent analytical and communication abilities to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
  • Experience in multi-channel marketing to reach diverse customer segments
  • Proficiency in software such as Workfront or PowerBI to analyze campaign performance
  • Action-oriented with attention to detail to ensure campaign execution and delivery
