About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team at Clover Hill Construction Ltd. as a Construction Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our construction team with various tasks on site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation
    • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the site.
    • Level earth to fine grade specifications.
  • Asphalt Work
    • Pave and rake asphalt as required.
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance
    • Clean and pile salvaged materials.
    • Perform routine maintenance work on site.
    • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
  • Debris Removal
    • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Site Safety
    • Direct traffic at or near construction sites.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) regularly.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Flexibility and adaptability.
    • Reliability and punctuality.
    • Team player with a positive attitude.
    • Hardworking and motivated individual.
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in a construction or laborer role is an asset.
    • Ability to work 40 hours per week.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be working outdoors in a noisy and dusty environment. A valid driver's license is not required for this position.
