About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Hillhouse Construction Ltd. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for assisting our construction team with various tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Clean and lubricate cranes, and perform other routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction, and help with drilling and blasting rock on construction sites.
  • Construction Support: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs, as well as level earth to fine grade specifications.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Clean and pile salvaged materials, and remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Environmental Responsibility: Participate in duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes, such as cleaning up chemical spills and other contaminants.
