About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Hillhouse Construction Ltd. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation: Assist in loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials to and from the site.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Clean and lubricate cranes, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
  • Material Handling: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt, and assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction.
  • Site Cleanup: Remove rubble and other debris from the site, and clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
  • Assistance: Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites, and assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Quality Control: Level earth to fine grade specifications, and pave and rake asphalt to ensure a smooth finish.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week, with regular working hours.
