Commercial Contract Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Contract Attorney to join our team at Tlaonline. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts with our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Draft and Review Commercial Contracts: Develop and review commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, supply agreements, licensing agreements, SaaS agreements, service agreements, and non-disclosure agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Negotiate Contract Terms: Advise on and negotiate terms and conditions of commercial contracts with external vendors, customers, and suppliers.
- Risk Management: Identify and evaluate legal and business risks associated with commercial contracts and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
- Contract Management: Create contract templates and manage contract databases to ensure efficient contract management.
- Part-Time Opportunity: This is a part-time role, requiring approximately 20-30 hours of work per week.
