Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Banquet Captain to join our team at 8157685 Canada LTD. as a key member of our hospitality staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service and a seamless experience for our clients and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers' tables
    • Advise on menu selections and make recommendations
    • Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
  • Team Leadership
    • Supervise and train other servers and bussing staff
    • Schedule staff and ensure adequate coverage
  • Client Service
    • Greet patrons and present menus
    • Answer questions regarding food and beverages
    • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
    • Assist with scheduling and training staff
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction
    • Stand for extended periods and move frequently
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • Will train
  • Language
    • Fluent in English
  • Work Schedule
    • 30 hours per week
