Heavy Equipment Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Duty Equipment Specialist to join our team at MasterTech. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the upkeep, diagnosis, and repair of complex heavy equipment used in various industries such as construction, earth moving, forestry, and mining.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, as well as working knowledge of medium to heavy duty equipment. You will be able to work independently and possess a set of tools. A valid driver's license is also required.

As a Red Seal Technician, you will be compensated at a rate of $55.00/hour. Our comprehensive benefits package includes paid time off, a service truck, gas card, and RRSP with matching contributions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of heavy equipment
  • Occasional field servicing required
  • Working knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
  • Ability to work independently
  • Valid driver's license

Shift: Days, 7AM start time (Monday to Friday). Overtime available.
