Role Details -
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Retail Partnership Strategist to join our team. This position focuses on cultivating relationships with retail partners, delivering business insights, and executing growth initiatives. You will play a crucial role in managing key stakeholders and ensuring the success of our retail collaborations.
Team Overview -
Become a part of our Partner Management team, where we oversee a variety of non-grocery retail partners. From office supplies to beauty products, you will engage with diverse partners to foster their success on our platform.
Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard and oversee retail partners on the Boundlessfellows platform
  • Formulate strategic plans to address partner requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute plans efficiently
  • Manage the launch process for new partners, ensuring comprehensive oversight
  • Analyze data to extract insights and implement growth strategies
  • Optimize team operations and strengthen retailer relationships
  • Develop strategies to empower retail partners on Boundlessfellows
  • Engage with external partners at various levels
Candidate Profile
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience; MBA is a plus
  • Excellent communication and analytical capabilities
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in fast-paced settings
  • Proficient in stakeholder management
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven experience in negotiating partnerships to enhance revenue
