About the Role

Casual Retail Sales Associates (RSAs) are key members of the Alcool NB Liquor (ANBL) Retail team, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience
  • Offer product knowledge and make recommendations to customers
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Stay up-to-date on products, promotions, and visual merchandising
  • Operate a forklift to load and unload trucks in the store warehouse
  • Perform routine office, clerical, and light cleaning tasks

Requirements

  • At least 19 years old and not employed by a brewing, distilling, or alcohol-producing company
  • 1 year of sales or customer service experience, with a background in the alcohol or service industry an asset
  • Lifting up to 40 lbs to receive and process stock
  • Legally able to work in Canada without sponsorship
  • Ability to work flexible scheduling, including days, evenings, weekends, and short notice call-in
