Job Summary

We're seeking a seasoned business leader to join our coaching team. As a Business Operations Strategist, you'll work closely with high-performing entrepreneurs to drive business growth, implement best practices, and achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business owners in implementing our proprietary Management System and resource tools to drive business growth and operational excellence
  • Facilitate group meetings to share ideas and best practices with business owners
  • Coach business owners in one-on-one meetings to drive accountability and results
  • Provide feedback on business owners' strategic plans and quarterly reviews
  • Design roadmaps to highlight Members' priorities and strategic direction
  • Generate options to solve Members' business problems
  • Follow up with Members to ensure training is implemented and executed to drive positive results
  • Track and report key Member success deliverables
  • Challenging Members on seeking a deeper understanding of specific business concepts, executive skills, and behaviors
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience leading a high-performing team of at least 8 people, including both executives and junior roles
  • Experience in implementing franchise-like systems and/or robust business processes
  • Extensive business experience and understanding of multiple executive skill sets (i.e., operation performance management, recruitment, sales, financial management, etc.)
  • Experience coaching/consulting in various settings, including one-on-one, groups, in person, and virtually
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong business acumen
  • Strong work ethic, professionalism, confidentiality, and good judgment
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication, including strong public speaking experience
  • Passion for continued improvement and sharing best practices
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
