Project Manager - Building Restoration Opportunity
LVI Associates is a leading company dedicated to building strong relationships for over 30 years. With five offices in Ontario, our team of motivated professionals collaborate on challenging projects every day.
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our restoration team. This role offers the chance to develop client relationships and mentor junior engineers.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct inquiries and draft technical reports on parking garages, roofing, building envelopes, leaks, and building condition evaluations.
- Establish specifications and oversee the bidding process.
- Accelerate projects from planning to completion, ensuring prompt and accurate billing.
- Continuously improve client satisfaction and create lasting relationships through project management.
- A minimum of five years of experience in building science and restoration engineering consulting.
- A minimum of two years of project management experience at a building science consulting firm.
- A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or architectural engineering with a focus on structural restoration or building science.
- P.Eng designation or P.Eng. pending is an asset.
