Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at MIKAEL ENTERPRISES INC. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Supervise and train other workers to ensure efficient workflow
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage training and development strategies
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Oversee payroll administration
  • Arrange travel and related itineraries
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
