Job Summary

KUSHI CANNABIS is seeking a highly skilled Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our liquor store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Merchandising: Authorize the return of merchandise, manage sales floor displays, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order merchandise, manage inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or liquor store environment.
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate, with relocation costs covered by the employer.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, standing for extended periods, and attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player.
  • Health Benefits: Dental plan, disability benefits, and a permanent work term with 37.5 hours per week.
