Director of Communications and Content

\t* Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy to engage our members and promote the ICD brand
\t* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and distribute high-quality content across various channels
\t* Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of our content strategy and make data-driven decisions to optimize results
\t* Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts and influencers to grow our presence in the media
\t* Develop and manage the annual content plan in consultation with Policy & Research, Education and Marketing
\t* Lead the coordinated implementation of the annual plan across stakeholders and monitor for continuous innovation
\t* Develop and monitor KPI performance with the goal of increasing member engagement
\t* Lead the executional aspects/process of developing of non-educational, brand- aligned content, across various platforms
\t* Build ICD's LinkedIn community
\t* Track and monitor external developments relevant to the ICD's Corporate strategy
\t* Facilitate effective internal, employee facing communication

\t* Graduate Degree in communications or public relations
\t* SCMP an asset
\t* Demonstrated understanding of governance and/or Board level experience an asset
\t* Strong track record of success in leveraging content for competitive advantage
\t* Strong strategic and analytical command of CMS, CRM, SEO, and social platforms
\t* Outstanding communication, writing skills, highly creative, with an attention to detail
