Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, organize, and analyze intricate data and information.
- Collaborate with the designated team to establish new standard models for operations, reports, and presentations to optimize efficiency and minimize execution times.
- Generate, execute, and disseminate regular and customized reports. Conduct basic reviews and analyses of reports, providing summaries and variances for management consideration.

- Execute administrative functions, typically in a specialized area, including the preparation of documents, correspondence, and reports for relevant departments.
- Draft and initiate correspondence and memos.

- Respond to inquiries via phone or email independently, providing precise and timely information or technical guidance.
- Input data from various sources to keep databases and spreadsheets updated.
- Ensure data accuracy by verifying inputs and calculations.

- Compile monthly expense reports.
- Coordinate schedules and travel arrangements for senior executives.
- Work closely with the executive assistant to implement administrative initiatives across business units.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or an associate degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 3 years of related experience with a comprehensive understanding of functions, procedures, terminology, and interdepartmental relationships.
- Exhibit strong oral and written communication skills with a solid vocabulary and grammar, capable of independently composing routine written communications.
- Proficient in technology tools, particularly Google software, with the ability to create spreadsheets and modify formats for assignments, as well as recommend enhancements.
- Strong organizational and communication skills necessary for interaction with various internal, external, and executive contacts.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while consistently meeting or exceeding production and quality objectives. Capable of handling confidential or sensitive information.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and readiness to assume additional responsibilities as needed.
- Proactive in anticipating customer needs and providing effective solutions.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is advantageous.
