Job Title: Commercial Real Estate Paralegal Specialist

Job Summary:
Our client, a reputable full-service firm located in downtown Vancouver, is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join their team. This position would be an excellent opportunity for a professional looking for a collegial and supportive work environment with flexibility to meet the candidate's circumstances and the firm's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review commercial contracts of purchase and sale, easements, rights of way, subdivisions, and strata plan filing
  • Prepare documents concerning acquisitions and sales of various types of commercial properties, financing, and development of land
  • Attend to the registration of documents and security in land title offices and other government registries
  • Conduct due diligence searches and provide comprehensive summaries to assist in decision-making processes
  • Liaise with all internal and external parties involved with the transaction, including preparation of correspondence
  • Assist with other responsibilities as needed


Requirements & Attributes:
The ideal candidate will possess 5 years of experience handling Commercial Real Estate Paralegal work, excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a proven ability to handle assigned tasks independently and as part of a team. Energy, commitment, curiosity, and creativity are highly valued.
