Interior Designer - Restaurant & Hospitality

We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing inspiring and functional interior spaces for our various restaurant and hotel properties.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, safety requirements, and space functionality.
  • Develop detailed design plans and 3-D models illustrating wall arrangements, displays, lighting, and fixtures.
  • Prepare technical drawings including plans, elevations, cross sections, and detailed specifications.
  • Provide guidance on color selection, finishes, furniture, and accessories, ensuring adherence to ergonomic standards.
  • Review blueprints, diagrams, and architectural drawings to ensure design integration with existing structures.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
  • Proven experience in designing interior spaces for restaurants and hotels.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp software.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and construction techniques.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
