About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Designer to join our team at Northland Properties Corporation. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Planning: Develop detailed plans and 3-D models showing the arrangement of walls, dividers, displays, lighting, and other fixtures to create interior spaces that reflect clients' needs and tastes.
  • Consultation and Collaboration: Consult with clients to determine their needs, preferences, safety requirements, and purpose of space, and work closely with them to develop design solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp, with the ability to read blueprint, schemas, and drawings.
  • Project Management: Develop plans, elevations, cross sections, and detailed drawings to bring design concepts to life.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
  • Experience: Willing to train, with a strong understanding of interior design principles and practices.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, ability to distinguish between colors, and strong communication skills.
