About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Designer to join our team at Northland Properties Corporation. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Planning: Develop detailed plans and 3-D models showing the arrangement of walls, dividers, displays, lighting, and other fixtures to create interior spaces that reflect clients' needs and tastes.
  • Consultation and Collaboration: Consult with clients to determine their needs, preferences, safety requirements, and purpose of space, and work with them to develop a design concept that meets their goals.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp, with the ability to read blueprint, schemas, and drawings.
  • Communication and Project Management: Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, and manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure timely completion.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn, with a strong desire to develop skills and expertise in interior design.
  • Skills and Abilities: Attention to detail, ability to distinguish between colors, fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, and work under pressure.
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, flexible, organized, and a team player.
