Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Intermediate Architect to join our CENTRUS team. As an Intermediate Architect, you will be responsible for producing architectural design solutions and construction drawings, working with and leading architectural teams, and performing internal reviews and quality checks of models and drawings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement architectural design solutions and construction drawings that meet client requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with and lead architectural teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct internal reviews and quality checks of models and drawings to ensure compliance with BIM standards, standards, and guidelines.
  • Research and specify materials, products, and technologies required for design and construction.

Requirements

  • Registered architect in Ontario (OAA), or eligibility to be registered.
  • 6+ years of experience delivering BIM projects using Revit.
  • Familiarity with Provincial and National related standards and codes.
  • Knowledge of BIM principles & workflows, REVIT software, Microsoft 365 environment, and Bluebeam.
  • Familiarity with Heritage Architecture will be considered an asset.
