Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

In alignment with the organization's mission, vision, and values, this role is responsible for the administration, oversight, planning, and budgeting of the department.

Reporting to the Allied Health Director, the incumbent will manage budgets, workloads, quality assurance, labor relations, and human resource matters.

This position entails interpreting and enforcing all organizational regulations, policies, and procedures relevant to Allied Health services.


Professional Leadership Duties:

Provide leadership and representation for the designated Allied Health profession. This role ensures that professional standards align with regulatory and accrediting body requirements.

Contribute to the advancement of the profession within the health authority through the practice council and advise the Allied Health Director on professional practice concerns.


Scheduling Details:

Standard shift hours are from 08:00 to 16:00, with workdays scheduled from Monday to Friday.
