We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at G Square Builders Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide information on company services and policies.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, answer and direct phone calls, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, appointments, and correspondence.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Will train
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational and time management skills.
