We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Ecostone Construction LTD.
Key Responsibilities:- Greeting and Directing: Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Information Provision: Provide basic information to clients and the public, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Customer Service: Obtain and process information required to provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Switchboard Operations: Operate the switchboard or telephone system, handling incoming and outgoing calls, and ensuring seamless communication.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, including ordering office supplies, recording and relaying information, scheduling appointments, and maintaining work records and logs.
- Financial Transactions: Receive and issue payments, send invoices, and perform other financial tasks as required.
- Clerical Duties: Perform clerical tasks, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as answering telephone calls and relaying messages.
- Telecommunications: Arrange teleconferences, calculate billing charges, and monitor mobile radio or telephone systems.
- Accessibility Services: Provide directory assistance, emergency services, and relay services to persons with disabilities.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
