Director, Healthcare Data Products

Loblaw Companies Ltd - Head Office is seeking a highly skilled Director, Healthcare Data Products to join our team. As a key member of our Healthcare Data Products team, you will be responsible for delivering innovative data solutions that enhance the patient experience across our enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of new data products that drive next best actions across our pharmacy and healthcare ecosystems.
  • Develop strategic plans and roadmaps for initiatives that support efficient and effective delivery of care in pharmacy, while providing a seamless experience for patients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to build out and analyze innovative data products that connect patients with services and improve pharmacy workflows.
  • Participate in the analysis of strategic business initiatives and support the execution and project management of new initiatives.
  • Develop a highly engaged team by being an inclusive coach, mentor, and role model for all team members.

Requirements:

  • Technology and/or business leadership experience in retail or pharmacy.
  • Demonstrated experience working with large data sets, developing new algorithms, and bringing data products from early concept through to production.
  • Experience building next best action models and data products.
  • Ability to navigate a highly complex and regulated industry.
  • Effective communications skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal colleagues and stakeholders and external partners.
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
  • Passion to deliver healthcare products that impact all Canadians.
