Director, Healthcare Data Products

We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our Healthcare Data Products team as a Director. This role will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of innovative data products that enhance the patient experience across our pharmacy and healthcare ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of data product developers to design and deliver next-generation data products that drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and maintain a robust data ecosystem that supports efficient and effective delivery of care.
  • Develop strategic plans and roadmaps to prioritize initiatives that support patient-centric care and improve pharmacy workflows.
  • Participate in the analysis of business initiatives and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Support the execution and project management of new initiatives to ensure timely and successful delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in technology and/or business leadership in retail or pharmacy.
  • Demonstrated expertise in working with large data sets, developing new algorithms, and bringing data products from concept to production.
  • Experience building next best action models and data products that drive business outcomes.
  • Ability to navigate complex and regulated industries.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
