This exciting opportunity allows you to contribute to a comprehensive psychiatric hospital affiliated with Harvard Medical School and the Mass General Brigham health system. We are committed to providing superior quality, cost-effective mental health services in the Boston area and beyond.

About the Role:
  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses.
  • Participate actively in therapeutic milieu activities, fostering a supportive environment for patients.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient observations, progress notes, and other relevant information.
  • Develop therapeutic relationships with patients, upholding professional boundaries and demonstrating empathy.
  • Utilize non-verbal and verbal techniques to de-escalate crisis situations and ensure patient safety.
  • Assist patients with their daily living activities, promoting independence and well-being.
