Key Responsibilities:
Grasping clients' requirements and expectations, along with their business and industry specifics, accounting and control frameworks, workforce, corporate values, and industry-related GAAP and GAAS considerations Cultivating an understanding of the RSM audit methodology and tools Evaluating risks and analyzing the client's internal control framework Conducting substantive tests and internal control assessments to identify and address accounting or reporting challenges Preparing financial statements in accordance with established formatsRequired Qualifications:
Completion of 90 credit hours Pursuing a B.A. / B.S. degree or equivalent from an accredited institution Major in Accounting Willingness to travel to designated client sites is essential. Must possess access to and the ability to arrange reliable transportation to those sitesPreferred Qualifications:

At RSM, an employee's compensation at any stage in their career is designed to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills relevant to their current role. The salary range for this position encompasses various factors considered in hiring decisions, including but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, and location. Consequently, compensation for successful candidates may vary within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $41,360 - $49,350
