Ricky's All Day Grill Bakery Staff

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Team Member to join our team at Ricky's All Day Grill. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods, including pies, bread, rolls, and cakes.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and provide guidance on food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Customer Service: Prepare special orders and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and merchandising goals.
- Physical Demands: Stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Language: English.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in all baked goods.
- Accurate: Ensure accuracy in all tasks and responsibilities.
- Team Player: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and merchandising goals.
- Accessibility Training: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities.
