We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Installer to join our team at Reliance Home Comfort. As a Lead Installer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful installation of our home comfort solutions, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Installation and Service Delivery: Install and service HVAC equipment and accessory items in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of installation technicians, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  3. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  4. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with customers and promoting our products and services.
  5. Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety rules and regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and new technologies, applying this knowledge to improve our installation processes and customer service.
Requirements
  1. Experience and Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience as an HVAC installation technician, with a certificate of qualification (C of Q) as an Air Conditioning Mechanic (Ontario - 313D) and a valid ODP certificate.
  2. Education and Training: High school diploma or equivalent, with ongoing training and professional development in HVAC installation and customer service.
  3. Skills and Abilities: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.
  4. Physical Demands: Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment and materials, with a valid Class G Driver's License.
