We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant Supervisor to join our team at The Ridge Hotel & Suites. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities

Lead and direct the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.

Inspect and Maintain Standards

Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.

Manage Financial Records

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including inventory management and budgeting.

Assist with Cleaning and Maintenance

Assist housekeeping staff with cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed, ensuring that all areas of the hotel are kept clean and tidy.

Coordinate with Other Departments

Work closely with other departments, including front desk and maintenance, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Establish Work Schedules

Develop and implement effective work schedules to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Work Environment

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or supervisory role
