Clinical Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to lead our Physiotherapy team at Lifemark Health Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our clinic, overseeing all internal operations, and promoting a culture of excellence in patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Clinical Quality: Ensure quality improvement in the delivery of patient care, review extension requests for WCB, MVA, and LTD patients, and assist clinical staff with caseload management skills.
- Professional Development: Promote and encourage continuing education opportunities, lead clinic culture to engage staff in growth-minded contribution, and demonstrate clinical leadership and expertise through mentorship and management of professional development for clinical staff.
- Business Development: Develop and implement business plans, promote a climate of success and the highest level of service within the clinic, and monitor customer service programs to provide an outstanding experience to patients, physicians, and other clients.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Physiotherapist with a clinical designation.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in driving business growth and development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Passion for developing clinical excellence through mentorship, education, and professional development.
