Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of multidisciplinary clinicians to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive clinic revenue and growth
  • Ensure quality improvement in the delivery of patient care through regular quality assurance reports and feedback
  • Promote a climate of success and high-level service within the clinic through strong leadership and a positive attitude
  • Monitor customer service programs to provide an outstanding experience to patients, physicians, and other clients
  • Build a strong clinical presence by identifying, coaching, and mentoring potential leadership qualities in team members

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Physiotherapist with a clinical designation
  • Proven leadership and management skills with experience in business development and financial management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on patient care and satisfaction
