Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to join our team at Lifemark Health Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our clinic and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Quality: Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Clinical Leadership: Provide guidance and support to clinical staff, including coaching and mentoring to help them develop their skills and advance in their careers.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with our business development team to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our patients, physicians, and other clients receive an exceptional experience, including timely and effective communication and resolution of any issues that may arise.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of clinical staff, including setting goals, objectives, and performance expectations, and providing regular feedback and coaching to help them achieve their best.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in clinical operations and leadership, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, patients, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address clinical and operational issues.
