About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Votorantim Cimentos North America (VCNA). As a key member of our Cement Operations department, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and quality control measures.
  • Oversee the construction process, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Manage procurement processes, including bid development and review.
  • Ensure project specifications meet plant safety and construction safety management standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, construction management).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on heavy industry projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Project.
