What is the opportunity?

As a Financial Advisor at RBC, you will design personalized investment strategies for both potential and current clients. You will benefit from a robust support system, including referrals from internal partners, allowing you to focus on building relationships and driving investment sales. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver customized financial advisory services utilizing our extensive range of investment options, including top-tier proprietary and selected third-party mutual funds.
  • Attract and consolidate both existing and new clients to RBC.
  • Facilitate connections between clients and appropriate RBC team members to ensure ongoing support.
  • Expand external business networks through effective marketing, networking, and leveraging your professional connections.

Qualifications for Success

Essential Requirements

  • Possession of a Financial Planning Designation (PFP, CFP, or QAFP).
  • Valid Mutual Funds License (IFIC or CSC).
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in financial advisory roles.
  • Demonstrated ability in networking and client acquisition.
  • Strong capability to build and maintain partner relationships.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and mobile applications.
