We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse 2 to join our Critical Care Resource Team at the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide professional nursing services to patients with complex and unpredictable health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide independent nursing services to patients, including administration of prescribed medical treatments.
- Lead the healthcare team in providing patient care and discharge planning.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing education program.
- Current CRNM registration.
- Post-graduate course in ICU nursing or equivalent experience.
- Active participation in professional associations, such as the Association of Regulated Nurses of Manitoba (ARNM), is preferred.
This position requires a current satisfactory Criminal Records Check (including Vulnerable Sector Search), Child Abuse Registry Check, and Adult Abuse Registry Check as conditions of employment.
