We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven E-commerce Account Manager to join our team at Moneris. As a key member of our National Sales Centre, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, account retention, and client satisfaction for newly boarded customers with Moneris.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage new e-commerce merchants within the first 30-60 days to drive customer retention, revenue growth, and satisfaction achievement targets
- Provide internal sales demos to customers as a website/restaurant SME (Subject Matter Expert)
- Upsell and cross-sell to enhance client's solution and drive value-added solutions
- Grow revenues and seek opportunities to find new merchants through referral selling and campaign call outs
- Provide excellent customer experience and manage customer attrition
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to ensure clients receive all applicable payment solutions for their business and uncover needs for our VAS solutions
- Develop business relationships with SME clients to ensure a strong, long-standing relationship and regular account reviews
- Collaborate with RBC and BMO Partner teams and clients to drive e-commerce distribution
- Provide thought leadership for merchants and our teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field
- Equivalent work experience may be considered a substitution
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales, success management, digital marketing, e-commerce, website development, or payments
- Knowledge of sales reporting, tracking, and consultative selling process
