Lead Restoration Projects with Excellence

We're seeking a seasoned Project Manager to spearhead our disaster property restoration efforts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and outstanding customer experiences.

Your expertise in Xactimate and knowledge of Canadian building construction will be invaluable in this role. You'll work closely with property owners, adjusters, and insurance companies to scope out restoration needs, manage project budgets, and ensure timely completion.

A Day in the Life of a Project Manager

As a Project Manager at First Onsite, you'll be the go-to person for all restoration-related inquiries. You'll quote, job cost, and estimate like a pro, ensuring every project meets our high standards for health, safety, and quality.

You'll be responsible for managing project timelines, resolving disputes, and generating new leads through strong relationships with clients and industry players. Your expertise in disaster property restoration will set you apart, and your ability to perform physical labor will be essential in this role.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the restoration industry
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian building construction and relevant codes
  • Proficiency with Xactimate - LEVEL 1, 2 or 3 IS A MUST
  • Proven experience in planning and monitoring project budgets
  • Valid driver's license - FULL G
  • Clean criminal record
  • Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation
  • Ability to perform physical labor, including material handling, lifting, climbing ladders, wearing a respirator, and working in tight spaces (attics, basements, and crawlspaces)
