Job Title: Executive Director, Outdoor Programs

Job Summary:

  • Lead and manage the operations of camping and outdoor education programs at Cedar Glen YMCA
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for program growth and development
  • Oversee a team of staff to ensure successful daily operations and high-quality customer service
  • Manage budgets and financial forecasting for the facility
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to update programming and services
  • Ensure alignment with the YMCA's Mission, Vision, and Values

Requirements:
