Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outdoor Centre Facilitator to join our team at RKY Camp. As a key member of our program team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality outdoor education programs to elementary and high school students, as well as adult groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver experiential, participant-focused programming in outdoor education areas such as team-building, leadership, and environmental education.
  • Provide support in kitchen duties, facility maintenance, and site upkeep as required.
  • Train in all program areas at camp and execute programming following risk management policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with the Outdoor Centre Director and Camp Coordinator to develop and implement program plans.

Requirements

  • Standard First Aid with CPR-C certification.
  • National Lifeguard certification.
  • Preferred certifications include ACCT Level 1 or 2, Pleasure Craft Operators Card, and ORCKA Canoe/Kayaking certifications.
