  • Calculate dimensions and tolerances for machine components
  • Measure and layout workpieces for assembly preparation
  • Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables
  • Repair and maintain machine tools and components
  • Set up and adjust production machinery and tools
  • Assemble and fit components to precise tolerances
  • Maintain, repair, and calibrate precision measuring instruments
  • Document deviations from specifications and tolerances
  • Keep inspection records and complete reports
  • Verify dimensions of machined parts using precise measuring tools
  • Operate and set up both conventional and CNC machine tools
  • Ensure product dimensions meet accuracy and specifications
  • Perform repetitive machining operations effectivelyRequired Certifications
